我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

An Italiano I met in Ho Chi Minh city told me about CouchSurfing and then my journey from the South to the North of Vietnam just simply expanded from 5 to 22 days thanks to CouchSurfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A lovely house in Hoi An ancient town with nicest local people ever and new cool friends in Da Nang city were my first best experience with Couchsurfing as a guest. After that, I kept meeting up with travellers from all around the world through Couchsurfing and had the chance to host myself. There are so many meaningful memories, experiences and precious friends I've found through Couchsurfing.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I made a journey from the South to the North of Vietnam in 22 days with 200 USD (thanks to CS):
Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh (5 days in HCM); Nha Trang (3 days); Hoi An (3 days); Da Nang (6 days); Quang Ngai (2 days); Quang Nam (1 day); back to Ha Noi.

Cycled 2,000 km from Ho Chi Minh City to Ha Noi in Vietnam.

Moved to a faraway tropical island with no contacts, made new friends and built up my own social network there in 2 years, then moved again to another place and miss that tropical island much.

Had a chipmunk roommate for 9 months.

Fell in love and survived a 2-year long distance relationship and still in love.

I can teach you: Viet language, Thai language, history - culture - geography - literature of Vietnam, riding a motorbike.

I love to learn: languages, history - culture, swimming, playing musical instruments, cooking, fishing.

I'm glad to share: my stories, my thoughts, my feelings and everything I own.
