ABOUT ME

My name is Lydia I'm a west coast Canadian and my other half Jake is from the UK. We're a couple of ski bums and eventually trying to get back to Canada. Between the two of us were into snowboarding (ovs,) hiking, rugby, horseback riding, hunting, fishing and basically anything to do with the out doors. We are currently looking for a place to live in Edinburgh while we wait... And wait on jakes Canadian visa.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Never couchsurfed! this is a first! However when living in Whistler I did a lot of hitchhiking, and was always warmed by the thought of human kindness, and compassion. I hope couch surfing to be the same experience.

Muzyka, filmy i książki

Jake loves his house and drum and base. Myself I enjoy country and folk the most. Needless to say we usually don't bother playing music around each other.

Together, I would say traveling. We have been together for give or take (neither of us are sure!) a year and about 10 months of that have been on the road!
