ABOUT ME

Hello! Our names are Lyndsay and Kirsten Bigelow. We are sisters! Lyndsay is 22, and Kirsten is 20! We are making our way across Canada throughout the months of July and August, 2010! We are STOKED! Kirsten has couchsurfed before, when she went across New Zealand last year- and lovveedd it! Can't wait to meet some kick ass people, and see our beautiful country!

PHILOSOPHY

Do what you want, when you want- don't let anything hold you back.

Go on as much vacation as possible, and fit work in when you can.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Kirsten (20) backpacked across New Zealand in 2009, and surfed with some awesome people. It is such a great program, and Lyndsay is excited to become a part of the couch surfing family! We look forward to hosting people in the future, when they come through Prince George!

Interests

We LOVE our music ( two completely different tastes.. but oh well!) travelling, baking, driving, dancing, cooking- we are pretty diverse. Interested in almost anything different that comes our way!

Although! We collectively agree that we both want to be Avatars in our second life. One of the best movies.. EVER.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lyndsay- countless concerts, feeding off the energy of everybody around you. SO exhilarating!

Kirsten- The ocean view of the Northern Coast of NZ, while skydiving. Mind-blowing!

Teach, Learn, Share

Lyndsay is an up and coming cake connoisseur.. loves to make them, mold them, and create art in them! Would love to teach somebody the art of making cake... or, at least, the first few steps. She is looking forward to finding herself, in who she wants to be, through the wisdom and experience of the people she will met a long the way.

Kirsten absolutely loves meeting new people, and learning from them. She has some crazy travel stories to share, and looks forward to hearing the stories of other people. As wanting communication to be the source of her career, something like this is.. lets say.. perfect!
