My birth name is Alyssia or Lyssa.

However, I have been called many things Angel, Fairy, Oracle, Medicine Woman, Priestess, Goddess.

I am just a mirror of you.
I was born in Boise, Idaho and raised in the mountains of Southern Oregon. I studied Communications in college and then spent a majority of my 20's traveling and learning more about this lovely Earth I get to dance on.

My journey has brought me to a place where I can call myself a Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, Published Writer/ Photographer and a Herbalist.
I study and practice many different forms of healing modalities and I base some of my practices around ancient shamanic principles.

I was given the opportunity to build a school in Guatemala and this experience is what encouraged me to spend more time in Central America.
I began my studies in Costa Rica. And then I felt called to deepen my teachings. so I traveled to India where I advanced my practice and learned from numerous gurus. There I studied Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga, Ayurveda, Prana Yama and Emotional Blockage treatments.
