I like to practice releasing expectations, that way it’s easier to see the fun around. And kindness. Kindness seems contageous. Makes me figure its a reasonable strategy for making the chaos in todays scene more harmonious. Like a really soft revolution.

Walking, hiking, dancing, cooking, listening to records, making tea, sharing stories, water adventures. You name it, I will probably find it somewhat interesting and want to try.

These days I have been slowly exploring different parts of the Americas, studying whatever I come across along the way. Permaculture Design was one of my favorites. I am working my way back to Colombia,

I can be a scientist, a gardener, a poet, body worker, improv chef, carpenter, singer, swimmer, teacher, student, depends on the day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am here to be part of a network of support, exchange, and curiosity. Its nice to meet easygoing fast friends to laugh, maybe cry with, being that I often feel like I am new to town. I look forward to the days when I am settled in and can invite others to share a place I call home in the jungle. Until then home is where my feet are and I keep remembering that everyone here is family.

The stories I have heard and the directions I have been pointed in would not have been possible without the lovely humans who have shared their local world along the way.

I'm hoping to meet people on here who enjoy something about where they are calling home. Looking for sweet simple exchanges, down to earth people, and opportunities to learn something new.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love learning how to play new songs straight from people who like to play them. Much more satisfying than YouTube. And way less squinting and rewinding.

I enjoy teaching all kinds of yoga, movement, and Thai bodywork, and love to have new people to practice with :)
