Successfully bid farewell to my decade in the US with the parks, museums, attractions and beautiful humans in CA, CO, DC, NYC, NJ, BOS. Thank you hosts and new friends, you are all truly wonderful :)

// INTRO

Raised in Bulgaria, based in Northern CO for the formative years of my university and career, now back to my stomping grounds and still eager to meet fun people from all over!

I really believe in diving deep wherever you go. None of the atlas obscura, IG viral recommended spots, visiting somewhere for a few hours just to get a picture and a fridge magnet type of horsesh** – Get a pot of mystery soup from a grandma off the street somewhere rural, sleep under the stars, make friends w someone whose language you don't speak. I haven't been to that many places around the world, but I can say I've spent quality, enriching time in each one.

I'm stoked about quite a few niches. World cuisines, aerial/naval history, old films and film equipment, hiking/overlanding and generally getting pretty lost in nature or elsewhere far away from home. If you're passionate about something, I can be passionate about it too. I also try to photograph and catalog curious moments throughout. As a host, I won't force adventure onto anyone and I'm perfectly fine being cozy at home as well.
