My name is Zelun, a 23-year-old unemployed broke backpacker who just graduated Uni and decided to use up his saving to travel around the world.

My plan is to revisit the silk road, not taking planes, everything will be done through lands if possible a ferry maybe from Albania to Italy! I don't know yet let's see how it rolls. I passed through lots of countries already like Pakistan and Afghanistan so if you are interested in these countries I might be able to share a few tips and stories with you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To connect with people all around the world! Traveling for than half a year, I realize just reading from textbook about history and culture doesn't bring things alive. People are the true embodiment of culture, all the subtleties of different culture can be seen on all the lively people. And I'm always keen to understand the world a bit better through all these human interactions!
