For me, travel is not just about visiting new places but about connecting with people, sharing stories, and learning about different cultures from the locals themselves. Couchsurfing provides a unique opportunity to experience a place through the eyes of its residents, which is something traditional travel can't offer.

I believe that the best way to understand and appreciate a new culture is by immersing myself in the daily lives of the people who live there. Staying with locals allows me to gain insights into their customs, traditions, and way of life that I wouldn't get from staying in a hotel. Plus, it's a great way to make new friends from all countries.
