ABOUT ME

I'm from the coast but living in Calgary now for education. I am a full-time graduate student, and teach about 20 private piano students. Life is busy but I try to accommodate cs'ers when I can! When not doing something music related, I like to get outdoors for skiing, hiking, or fishing. Very friendly, I really enjoy meeting new people and getting to know them, which is what makes cs an amazing network.

Movies not so much, but I read everything I can. Favourite authors: Hemingway, Orwell, Dostoevski, etc. Music is my life, classical to be exact, but I like to expose myself to anything that can enrich my life.

I am a music teacher and have a piano so would be happy to show anyone the ropes a little! Growing up and living in western Canada, exposure to different language is limited at best, but I work on my French off and on and have recently begun studying German. Be warned, I may ask for your help in these languages! Cooking is also a passion of mine, and next to music, I would say, is the thing I like most to share.
