ABOUT ME

Since my childhood I have enjoyed horseback trekking, meeting country folk and being in close contact with nature and the land. As a result of this I have developed a strong sense of modesty and honesty in my relations with others and with life in general.
For many years I have practised Kundalini yoga. It has taught me how to deal with stress, how to seek balance in my life and where to look for techniques of understanding which can be useful tools to help me and others. I work voluntarily for the “Incontro Donna” (Meeting of Women) Association which promotes natural methods for the cure of cancer. Over recent years I have developed the power of silence in those situations which require it. I work voluntarily to help out in after school activities for children and to organize walks for primary and secondary school children in order to put them in contact with nature and their own bodies. I am involved in organising natural food courses and using food to cure illnesses; and group
therapy sessions designed to facilitate emotional growth and the ability to listen to ourselves. I enjoy walking in silence in the midst of nature but also the disorder of big cities and discovering the architectural and artistic beauty stemming from man’s creativity.
