About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Be happy with what I have, and do things that make me happy and keep my integrity.

ABOUT ME

I'm high energy and talk and eat too much, but love life and my friends and family - and I think they all love me back!

I'm a bit of an adrenaline junky and might enjoy being the center of attention more than the average bear!

Interests

Traveling, riding my motorbike, coaching and/or playing rugby, dancing, reading, drama, dressing in theatrical make up and costumes, eating (but not cooking), hanging with my family and friends (who provide both love and food), and sleeping in all make me very happy.

I am also VERY FORTUNATE to LOVE my job even though I sometimes feel it may kill me . . . I have one of the best/hardest jobs in the world - I am a teacher. A high school math teacher to be more specific . . . and I love my babies - all 120 of them I get each year. I am a math geek in the truest sense of the word and am proud of it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going bungee jumping at the age of 15 and not telling my parents - but bringing home a video of it for them instead!

Sailing as a youth crew on a tall ship and getting to see the most amazing natural sites around Vancouver Island . . . I still smile thinking about it.

Visiting Egypt and climbing inside structures that are over 4000 years old - crazy when I cannot even fathom 100 years (the age of my awesome great grandma).

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, Egypt, Mexico, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Canada, Thailand
