ABOUT ME

we're Maaike (30) and Coen (33). In September 2008 we left Amsterdam for a slow train-hitchhike-cycling overland trip to India, and back. We try to travel low-budget, without any rush, with fun and the aim to meet many nice people in the countries on the road.
About us...
* we're vegetarians
* we enjoy trying to live day by day
* we're easygoing, and have no high demands: we love
any couch offered to us...!

* we like: biking, politics, creative recycling, chess, backgammon, reading, football, juggling, running..

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

we're currently on the road, so we have no couch to offer.. but once we're back in Amsterdam you're welcome (well, as soon as we found a place to live..).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

during this trip we couchsurfed in Albania Serbia Bulgaria Turkey Georgia Armenia Iran Turkmenistan Uzbekistan Kyrgyzstan China Vietnam India Nepal and Russia. Looking forward to have many more..

It's nice to stay with people and be part of their lifes for a short while..
