Traveling is my favorite thing to do. Nothing excites me more than booking a new flight ticket or accommodation but when I have some free time at home I love to spend my time on reading travel blogs and watching youtube travel videos while looking for my next exciting destination.
I am local and global traveling enthusiast, I also enjoy traveling by car across my own small country - Latvia and other Baltic countries.
I travel with friends and family when I can but sometimes I go solo as well and I encourage others to do the same.
I believe that traveling solo opens up new horizons and pushes you to come out of your comfort zone more than you would by comfortably being together with your friends or family and of course it also increases the amount of possible trips and countries you can visit. Being solo on a trip doesn't mean that you will feel lonely but actually it will push you to socialise more with local people and other travelers that you meet on your way . Solo traveling can make you learn much more about yourself and eventually make you a better person.
I love to imagine being like a local while traveling therefore Couchsurfing is a perfect way how to get closer to local people and to experience much more than an average tourist.
Overall I am well organized, friendly and open minded person.

Traveling and travel video making as well as drone piloting recently. Listening to music and going to concerts and festivals, I was also a DJ some time ago. Into mindfulness and meditation. Love to spend a lot of time outdoors, by the beach, hiking somewhere and camping as well.
