ABOUT ME
I've traveled quite a bit in the past few years, exploring and working on organic farms, doing permaculture designs and to develop the skills I find interesting (baking & cooking, pottery, carpentry, some mechanical knowledge but also surfing, etc.).

I love eating great food, as well as preparing and sharing it. I cooked for catered ski chalets in the French Alp & Italy and in Amsterdam I ran a social dining restaurant at home for a while before starting to travel. My dream is to start a place where I grow food, bake and create a space where people feel at home.

I volunteered for 1,5 years on several farms in South Africa, Italy, France, Thailand and Australia.

I studied social sciences and realized that I actually love designing and building - from permaculture systems to furniture. I love producing music and being outdoors.

First time, but friends told me it's the best way to travel.

Intereses

Surfing (wave and kite surfing), building, music production, hiking, cooking and eating. Sourdough baker in woodfired and conventional ovens. Love sharing food.

Música, películas y libros

Music wise I love guitars from singer song writers to spanish flamenco (I play a little myself), some pop and rock and older hip hop but I like electronic music as well so dubstep, house/techno and also drum 'n bass and psy trance. A bit of everything really.

Traveled and lived in a self converted van for a year.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I can teach everything I know, from cooking skills to building. And sports as well like kite surfing, swimming and snow sports. I love to share and contribute.
