How to cook Rice quickly and efficiently: 2 cups of water = 2 cups of rice. Put it in an electric stove and cover it. let it boil. Once it boils and the water tries to go out, turn off the stove. The rice will continue cooking, just leave it that way. Lift the cover from time to time so that the water doesnt spill. Ok, thats all. No need to stir. Wait a couple of minutes until the rice has settled and stopped cooking.
