We travel and live out of our backpacks and enjoy staying in areas and places where we are able to meet new people and be social. We like to make plans but enjoy being spontaneous as well so our plans tend to change.

We are a couple (Carolann and Macrae) traveling the world seeking new friends and new opportunities. Right now, we are travelling and blogging, onemoderncouple.com, and hope to meet as many new people on our journey as we can.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

We are travel writers and part of the job is finding new experiences, but it's deeper than that... We not only travel the world for work but also for ourselves. We want to meet new people we can call friends and others that we can grow with and help them grow at the same time, not only in business but also in life.

We feel the best way to get to know an area is through the eyes of the people who live there - both native and expat - and couchsurfing allows us to learn more about the places we visit and make friends as we go!

Música, películas y libros

We both love movies with action or any that make us laugh. Between the two of us, we enjoy all different types of music, and we don't have one specific type that we prefer. As for books, if we can learn from it, we love it, but a good fiction novel is always on our bookshelf!
