I am Polish. I moved to the UK at the end of 2015 and this is my place for now but I don't know for how long. It is always hard to move and leave all friends, local society and places with good memories. But if I feel that need to move I can't stay because I am getting miserable.
I would love to call myself a musician, even though with my previous band I released an album with quite good feedback and with my current band we have material for one as well when I listen to professionals I see how much I still have to learn. Saying that it doesn't stop me to perform and feel great on a stage.

My second passion is 3d graphic and this meets with my occupation from time to time. For my artwork, I use free software Blender (it was used for Next Gen on Netflix). I can just disappear modeling something in the virtual world as much as in music.

The way I usually travel is with a tent and a sleeping bag. I love to wake up in a remote place or watch stars before sleep far from urbanized places. Maybe that's why I am not an often guest on a couch.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Nowadays we are told that everything can be bought. Car, house, holidays, safety. But that makes people very lonely, and experience very fake.
I am on Couchsurfing for people, for connections, for friendship, for real, thru experience. It's funny because I am an outsider but I still like a good company and I believe that in this society there is a great chance to meet the right people.

Music, Movies, and Books

There is no such a thing like favorite music for me. I am definitely in rock, but i wouldn't hesitate ethnic, jazz, blues and other.

Because I'm in CGI I like fantasy movies and animations. Many times I admire work of animators and visual effects team as much or maybe even more than a story in the movie. But I like also when movies are about something deeper, not just copying standard schemes. There are, few old polish that I love but unfortunately is probably understandable just for polish people.

With books its simple. Andrzej Sapkowski, The Witcher.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

2019 Feb - April: Bckpacker trip to Russia (Bajkal lake, Yakutia).

2016 summer: Motorbike trip around Europe. I made more than 3500 miles. And the best thing was that almost every day I was deciding where I want to go and where to sleep. This trip was sort of my childhood dream, to have that freedom and a motorbike. I have basically done my driving license year earlier for that purpose. I 've bought Harley Davidson and got on the road.

2012 Bicycle trip from Poland to Romania to the coast of Black Sea with a bunch of friends and charity purpose as well. We were collecting money to renovate the children ward in Opole hospital.

2005 walk along polish coast with one of my best friend ever. We spend 2 or 3 weeks just walking to the West (don't do it in that direction). We've started in Łeba and at the end, we get to Kolobrzeg.

I can teach you how to use a blender but not that kitchen thing but 3d soft.

I am not a heavy drinker if I am hosting you we can pop in for a local ale to one of the oldest pubs in the neighborhood (building from around XV century).
