CURRENT MISSION

Having just finished high school I'm taking advantage of quite long holidays. So far I have visited Spain and Bulgaria this summer. Planning to visit Hungary and Georgia as well as couple of music festivals to catch some breath before the university time. I travel mostly with friends or my lovely girlfriend - Weronika.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I feel that plain sightseeing is barely any travel experience and I thrive for what is alternative/underground/off-the-beaten-track. I hope I will be at least as helpful for fellow surfers as they are in this matter.

I have no Couchsurfing experience and hope for positive ones. I feel enthusiastic about getting involved into this community.

Interests

Music, can't imagine life without it. I'm going to as much gigs as I can. The White Stripes are my earliest fascination. Although I know what is a typical musician attitude I would like to set up a microlabel(tapes) somewhere in the future.

Hitchhiking is so awesome in so many ways. My first time was a desperate rush after train. My last time was a round trip from Berlin to Barcelona. My craziest time was in a van which served as house to a folk musician.

Sailing: it is my dream to be a skipper of a yacht and to visit all this remote and otherwise unreachable places on Earth. I had a chance to take part in the Tall Slip Races in 2014 what was a memorable experience.

Mountains give me the chance to reset my mindset. I also like challanging myself with physical effort rewarded with breathtaking views. I have left my footmarks in polish, czech, slovakian and bulgarian mountains so far. Peaks of Georgia are my next goal.

Erich Fromm is my favourite author, I consider his works as very insightful.

No Country for Old Men, El Maquinist, Apocalypse Now, Experiment, Into the Wild, Requiem, Dr. Strangelove, Guy Ritchie's movies and the one you don't talk about.

I have recently learnt to read cyryllic alphabet. I would be glad to invite you to go sailing if possible. I can teach you to play bridge(it takes some time).
