Greetings and salutations! I'm Mac! (I've probably messaged you.) I love meeting new people, and try to do it often. Back in San Diego now, living in a tent, on a nursery property, and back in school (going for Environmental Sciences and Sustainability). Since I'm not quite able to take people in, I'm mostly just meeting up with "nearby travelers," grabbing a drink or a bite to eat, and showing them my favorite spots in San Diego, because I enjoy meeting interesting people, hearing good stories, and sharin' some chuckles! Hit me up, and let's find some neat things to do!

I'm very much into the outdoors. Anything active usually captures my interest. Most of my free time is spent hiking, climbing, cycling, swimming, doing some yoga or reading (oh, and downing a craft beer here and there for good measure). Planning on hiking the Pacific Crest Trail in 2017 (as long as it's not tooo crazy busy, after all of the hubbub it's been getting from the books/films of late). If you're a thru-hiker (or on a bike tour), definitely hit me up! And if you're a brewery fan, let's hit a few of San Diego's best.

I love to learn. I'd love to be taught about anything, to be honest. It's all grist for the mill! Taking a Spanish course for the next two semesters, and I'm determined to eventually become fluent. If you want to practice, I'm more than down.

I'm happy to teach what I know: kombucha brewing, yoga, bouldering, swimming, basic gardening, super basics of herbalism...
