我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I try to do it all: surf, host and meet up with people. I'm pretty sure, joining the couchsurfing community was one of the best ideas I've had! Have met amazing people, made life-long friends and been part of a lot of great events and happenings.

I love movies and books but I probably couldn't live without music.

The list is too long to put it all done here. I adore live music and try to attend as many concerts as I can and well, summer is not complete without at least one music festival. Living in Australia was perfect. So many possibilities. And the local music scene there was fantastic already on its own. British India, Better than the Wizards, Thirsty Merc and Cloud Control are only the examples of my favourites there. Other than that I'm mostly into rock, indie and alternative, but depending on mood listen to almost everything.

Movies.. I don't have just one favourite as well. Oscar movies are always worth watching, as many of Sundance movies. Lately I've fallen in love with Spanish and Latin-American movies. The list is inconclusive, but some of my favorites would be: Cloud Atlas, Se7en, City of God, El secreto de sus Ojos, Untouchables, The Help, Rent, The Shawshank Redemption, Into the Wild and Lord of the Rings series!

And books.. man I wish I had more time to read. Many of the classics I read in school have left a lasting impression, biographies are great. I also like Jodi Picoult's books, Khaled Hosseini and many more.

I'm sure the most exciting are yet to come. But hiking in Grand Canyon, cliff jumping in Mexico, hitchhiking through Australia or trekking up to Macchu Picchu were pretty amazing!
