I'm a transplant to the Rocky Mountains and so glad to call Colorado home. Teacher by school year, camp instructor by summer, and year-round outdoor adventurist, music lover, and crafter.

When I'm traveling, I'm probably outside - camping, hiking, climbing, skiing, biking, paddling, or whatever else the seasons bring. Road tripping has brought me to some of the coolest corners of the country, from the red rocks of the desert to the snow-capped peaks of the mountains. I'm usually a live-in-the-car kind of traveler, but these winter months have me most appreciative of a hot shower and a heater!

My favorite way to explore a new city is usually just to wander and see what happens. I'm most likely to be drawn to a concert, art museum, or brewery but totally depends what's out there.

I have a travel-sized adventure dog named Lucy who joins me on my pooch-friendly trips!
