I am an American university student who studies abroad full time in Bulgaria! I am slowly but surely making my way through Europe while I have the opportunity. I enjoy a challenge and like to try and fully immerse myself into a different culture when I have the chance. I really enjoy meeting new people!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite music (embarrassingly enough) is country music, as it is a nice reminder of home, but don't worry I won't make you listen to it. Aside from country music I listen to a decent amount of Arctic Monkeys and The Growlers.
My favorite movie of all time is Supertroopers (a horrible American movie that I recommend everyone watch). I do very much enjoy horror movies, with classics like The Exorcist and The Shining at the top of my list.
I am a large fan of historically based novels, so books such as "The Book Thief" are always a good option to me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I moved to an Eastern European country at the age of 18 with very little knowledge of it and no friends or family living there. I've adapted and have begin to thrive.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a history major and absolutely love what I study, as a result I am always going on about some random information I just read about. I also grew up on a farm in Ohio so anything questions related to American agriculture I will be more than willing to talk about for hours.
There are very few things that I am not willing to learn/listen to, give me a try.
