Nick and I married last New Years Eve. Our plan is to honeymoon this Summer in Europe. We plan to visit England, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. We want to stay with Couchsurfing hosts because one, we are on a budget, but would also like to get the feel of the country and what better way than meeting the locals.

I'm 26, and work for a public relations and communications firm. In my spare time I like to cook, do Yoga, go to the beach, play hockey and watch hockey. I'm an avid hockey fan. I also, of course love to travel. And anything else that involves being active, walking around town, playing tennis, rock climbing, etc, etc. I'm always open to new things.

Nick is 26 and currently a Junior going for his engineering degree. He does Jujitsu, (studies a LOT for his classes) and likes technology and learning new things, the history of countries and mechanics of how things work. He also likes to travel, try new things and stay active.

I'm couchsurfing because I want to see the world. And, when I visit other countries, I want to truly experience it. I think meeting the locals through Couchsurfing is the best way to achieve this.
