My dream is to "work" outside with my hands and hike everyday. I'm relocating from East to West so I don't currently have a couch to offer but once I do-- come on down!

The most extraordinary people that I've met have been travelers or people that I met while traveling. I hope to see some beauty, feel some Earth and know some different lives during my next leg of traveling.

I like nonfiction books because I haven't learned enough about anything; if I'm going to learn anything I hope it ties me to reality.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Germany and taught a classroom of children who couldn't speak English with my intro/intermediate level German. Songs helped to bridge the gap and as long as I was expressive enough, we managed to make it work. I went on solo hikes every weekend and traveled to a few countries by myself meeting crazy sweet people everywhere I went.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm currently learning the trumpet and bring it with me wherever I go. I'm not quite there yet with it, but everyone is welcome to try and I can show the basics. I have almost a decade of horn experience, just not with the trumpet.

I'd really love to learn how to whittle.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I was a professional maid for a bit and always happy to clean!
