ABOUT ME

I always loves these I never really know what to put. I'm a girl from Alaska who is looking to meet people from all walks of life. I love listening to people and everything they have to share. I love to be outdoors and see what all the lovely things the world has to show. I love a good laugh. I think it keeps you young. I'm a vegetarian for varies reasons. If you want to know why just ask. I work for a soap company that is owned by wonderful ladies who make me tea and pie all the time. What else? I am always up for something new. We have one life why not live every moment of it?

PHILOSOPHY

Hm... I took a class and we had to do something like this. I think that we can all learn from each other, big or small old or young. We all need to step outside of out own comfort box and strive to live. I think we too many people are in their route bubble and that is all they see. There is more to life than just living its striving to live and enjoying every moment of it. A good sense of humor helps as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I think this is such a great idea. Some friend of mine told me about it when they visited some countries and had such great experiences meeting people, sharing and being apart of something bigger than daily life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Honestly I'm a new to couch surfing. While in New Zealand I had an experience that was close to a couch surfing experience. Some travelmates and I had just gotten done with a hike and were walking back to the main road to hitch our way back to town. We met a guy who had just been whitewater rafting. We made some small talk and when we got to the main road he invited us over and threw me his keys and told me to meet him down the river and pick him up. A complete stranger giving another stranger his keys HOW COOL! I drove to the parking lot and we went to his house and he made this wonderful meal. We sat around a fire we built in this resort looking house that he was renting. I must say it was one of the most memorable and best days in New Zealand. I hope to have many more of these.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all music, I just can't do country. Something about it is just too twangy for me.

Books, I really enjoy Chuck Palahniuk books. I love to read but I can't think of any.

Movies, my recent favorite is Inception. I love debating with people about this movie. Other favorites are Almost Famous, A Night at the Roxbury, Despicable Me (super cute!), you get the idea.
