Im Madeleine, I'm 18 years old and im from New Hampshire in the US. In October I will be taking first trip to Europe and I can easily say I've never been more excited, anxious, but excited.
Im excited because I love meeting new people and seeing different cultures and experiencing new things.
After my travels I will be going to school for art history and art education.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think the concept of Couchsurfing is great, personally I'm using it as a way to make connections and meet people on my trip. I think it is an amazing way to learn about cities from the locals point of view and also hear the stories from people all over.

I love being outside, I love to paint and draw. If you hand me an instrument I'm sure I can figure it out. My newest interest is traveling and I'm very excited

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all styles of music, I'll watch any movie, I love movies, one of my favorites is a Wes Anderson and it's Life Aquatic. Books are like movies in your head, I love to read, I can read for hours. My favourite book series is the mortal instruments.
