1989, during the students' hunger strikes in China. We arrived Beijing just the day they announced a curfew and our group had to walk 10 miles to Tiennaman Square. It was chaos at that time. Tons of people and bicycles on the streets, trucks with people holding flags, lots of people running around, journalists taking pics of us and we took pics of them ... it was quite a scene! Other memorable trips were visiting India and Buenos Aires, Argentina & Japan.
