Just seen the new Batman film and really enjoyed it.

Some of my favourite films are:
School of Rock, True Romance, Butterfield 8, The Big Lebowski, Stand By Me, Vertigo, On The Waterfront, Die Hard series, Mean Creek, The Sting, Home Alone, Chinatown, The Craft, Man On Fire, The Brave, Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind,

Really into hip-hop music but I am also partial to grunge, punk, 50s rock 'n' roll and open to most new music. The CLash, Nirvana, RATM etc...
Also Elvis, Prince, MIA, Damian Marley, Erykah Badu and many others.

Love reading. Fiction and non-fiction. Best recently read books are Kazuo Ishiguro's Never Let Me Go, Richard Wright's Native Son and Masuda Sayo's Autobiography of a Geisha (far superior to Memoirs of a Geisha). Reading a lot of political non-fiction at the moment as well, enjoying Alastair Campbell's diaries on working with Tony Blair.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Grand Canyon, watching sumo wrestling, New Mexico sunsets, meeting tigers in Thailand and living in Shanghai are my favourite experiences so far...

Teach, Learn, Share

I taught English as a foreign language for 3 years so I can definitely help you with that. I am currently studying French and Mandarin and making slow progress. I can also play the piano ok and love yoga and meditation. Sometimes this clashes with my beer and cider drinking though. Oh and I really want to learn to surf waves as well as couches.
