I’m passionate about cacao, which has been revered for thousands of years by indigenous peoples of Central and South America. Traditionally used in spiritual ceremonies and for its deep connection to both mind and body, cacao offers not just a delightful taste but also a rich history of promoting well-being, creativity, and community. I prefer cacao to alcohol because it enhances clarity and joy, and I love incorporating it into my plant-based cooking.
