I am a very outgoing person that loves to travel and meet new people. I am particularly outdoorsy and love to hike.

I feel the best way to learn about a place and a culture is through its people. I love being able to connect with people and hear about their unique stories.

兴趣

I have been playing basketball since I was in the third grade (I am from Indiana). I ran track for four years and now try to go on runs 3 times a week. I love hip hop and Latin dance. I am a linguistics major, and am fascinated by all languages. I have a higher level of Spanish and a beginner level of Portuguese. I studied abroad for a year in Madrid and fell in love with Spain and traveling in general. I was able to travel a lot of Europe and still have the travel bug. One of my favorite things about traveling was meeting a ton of different people from all parts of the world and hearing about their stories. I am currently teaching English in Spain.

I am not very picky with music. I will listen to about anything. Right now I listen to a lot of latin music and hip hop.

I studied abroad in Spain for a year with a very low level of Spanish. I Was in an immerson program and studied at a Spanish university in Madrid and was completely overwhelmed. I learned a lot about myself that year and a thing or two about communication skills. It was one of the hardest years of my life, but also one of the most rewarding.
