About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Travel, travel, earn some money to travel more.
ABOUT ME
After graduating film school (AV media/television) and completing the compulsory one year of military service, I've decided to to travel the world and meet as many people as I possibly can.
PHILOSOPHY
A little backstory is needed for this. After finishing school, I got a video editing job that i could do from my home computer, max 15 days a month and it was enough to cover my monthly costs. So most of my time I spent in my apartment sitting in front the computer or laying on the couch. I was SO deep in my comfort zone; no worries, no excitement. Luckily one day I had this realization, and I asked myself "what the f'ck are you doing with your young life?!"
A trip to London only confirmed my understanding, that traveling and meeting people from different parts of the world is one of the best way to develop your own personality and to sort out what you really wanna do with your life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Only visited two host so far, but it's enough to fall in love with the concept.
Interests
I've been lucky enough to connect my hobbies with my work. I always have my camera with me for taking photos and making videos. I'm also quite a petrolhead, play guitar and drums, like fishing.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: able to enjoy all kinds of different genres, but most of my playlist is occupied by bands like Mumford & Sons, Awolnation, Arctic Monkeys, Jack Moy & Glöden, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rise Against, etc.
Movies: Mostly enjoy movies for pure entertainment purposes. That means, that I mostly watch all the cheesy mainstream comedies and nobrainer thrillers. But as a former film school student, I have seen all the greatest classics from the start of the art of cinema and every now and then try to take time to watch the "more-brain-involving" higher rated films.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
After getting my combat cameraman training, had the chance to take part two NATO joint exercises in Europe. I'm not a pro-war guy, but seeing some massive machines and explosions up-close was pretty great.
