ABOUT ME

A sociable wee character, I love people, travelling, travelling with people, beer and running in cold weather. I also love summer but am unlikely to see any sun for another year or two. A true scarfie from Dunners, New Zealand, I have been posing as a cultured classy Melbournite for the last few months and working in an immunology lab. I'm up for most things, and can't wait to get out and see a bit of the world!

PHILOSOPHY

Are we anything more than cosmic dust? I have to wonder why there are pictures on some rolls of toilet paper...is it classier to wipe with an artwork?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At present I'm travelling and will be the surfer more than the provider, but from September/October this year, a couch will be free in Melbourne, Australia!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have surfed a couple of times, once in Munich where I travelled with a friend and stayed with Jurgen who was a great host, and again when I recently visited Norway. I stayed in Oslo with Tor Olav and his flatmates who were very welcoming and fantastic hosts. Have not yet hosted as I joined the website while travelling but as soon as I'm back in Australia I am happy to welcome people into my house :)
