About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To see as many places and meet as many people and experience as many cultures as possible
ABOUT ME
I currently live in Western Australia but am moving to Egypt at the end of this year with my Egyptian husband. Before moving back home to Australia to start work as an English and French teacher last year, I lived in west and central Africa and worked for UNICEF. I completed a Masters degree in Peace in Tokyo in 2017, during which time I completed research in Egypt. That was where my love of Egypt began.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have had my CouchSurfing account for a long time, but it has laid dormant. When I was living in northern Ghana my housemate was a CS host, so our household hosted visitors, which was a lovely experience. My husband couchsurfed around Vietnam earlier this year and loved the experience, so he encouraged me to renew my account.
When we are settled in Cairo we plan to start hosting.
