I like Couchsurfing for the opportunity to meet the locals in the areas I visit.
I have had a number of cool guests staying with me over time and like to show them around town or cook together.

Crossed the Atlantic Ocean as a crewmember on a 41 ft sailing catamaran.
Hitchhiked through northern Italy, France and Germany.
Swimming in bioluminescent water at night in Croatia.
Completing an olympic distance triathlon.

I have several times made traditional Danish smørrebrød (open faced sandwiches) with my guests.
I can give you a bike tour around my city, Odense.
If weather permits and there is time for it I may be able to take guests sailing with me on my sail boat.
