ABOUT ME

I have many interests, ranging from politics to ideas about design... from music to computer games, from science to sports... and other things.

Sometime in the future I would like to become a vegan... it's kinda hard right now though - too many meat-eaters in the house for it to be practical :/
If I could, I would like to work with environmental issues or issues of equality... and many other things which could potentially create a better world.

In the general sense of the word I'm not very much of a party person... however, at a festival with some good world/folk music, I'm quite likely to stay on the dance floor through the night until morning or midday :)
I don't drink much alcohol and I don't smoke..
I like nature. I like cats, dogs, hamsters, penguins, bears, hedgehogs and other animals... (this doesn't necessarily mean that I know how to deal with them...)
I haven't travelled that much but I would like to.

Also I like hugs.

Right now I'm not really sure what I should try to do next... Study japanese, study english, learn a new instrument, study some ayurvedic massage, or something else.

Interests

Lots! I really enjoy listening to music, I play a little bit of violin and I also like singing.
I like several kinds of sports, among my favorites are volleyball (including beach) and soccer.
I like to play pool as well, but I haven't done that more than twice the last 2+ years, so I kinda suck right now...
Other major interests include reading, thinking, fantasising, learning, dancing, clothes, food, hair, and all kinds of ideas, opinions and theories about most anything in the universe...

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to most kinds of music to some extent, but maybe not so much pop.. Folk, world, rock, jazz, several kinds of electronica, and j-rock is very much appreciated.

Movies and TV-series I also like, but I try not to get stuck in front of the TV-screens too much... Favs include Metropolis, La Strada, Crouching Tiger, Scrubs and Futurama.

I certainly like to read as well, though I haven't read that much the latest year or so...
The Sandman series is wonderful.
And I follow some webcomics, a few I can recommend are: Dreamless, The Noob, aLp and DAR.

Teach, Learn, Share

I might be able to teach you a few basic things about massage and I can also tell you what are the best ingredients to use on top of a pizza! (It's peanuts, chicken and pineapple! (Or anything with plenty of garlic!))
Or maybe a few very basic things about japanese, like basic hiragana and katakana.

I would like to learn more about most stuff really...
I wouldn't mind learning a tasty recipe, dance steps, poi, how to sew funny clothes or any and everything inbetween :)
