About Me
I am a knew member on couchsurfing, but I've already invited a few couchsurfers in my appartment, via my roommate who is a well appreciated member since 2014. (https://www.couchsurfing.com/users/1006386026)
What I've discovered about those experiences, is the simplicity to meet someone and to learn about so many things. Not only you invite someone in your home, but you welcome his culture, his history and his comprehension of the world, which can be sometimes destabilizing, but in a way very rewarding.
I am an artist since a was a child. I've always been into drawing, sculpting, painting, and music too. Creating is my way to have a better understanding of the world we live in. What I love the most is to begin a new project and to start from scratch with a new group of people. I am privileged to be able to say that this is what I do every day. I am mostly working on plays, movies, tvshows, and also in the world of the circus. I am a set and costume designer, and also an assistant for other designers. From projects to projects, I am always meeting new people which makes me learn better ways to do my job. For me, teamwork is the key that gives me the impression of renewing myself everyday. To evolve, to flourish. (Because sometimes, I can be a little bit lost about what I should be doing as an artist). I think we never stop learning by meeting knew people. We also learn a lot about ourselves, and that's priceless.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am here because I am a curious person. When I travel, I rarely plan an itinerary, because I want to be surprised. I want to remember my trip as a journey where everything can happen. I like spontaneity. As a guest, I do not expect the host to be my tourist guide. I know how exhausting it can be. I love to discover by myself, but it's always nice to come home after and chat with someone who really knows the place and can make you realize a bunch of things you wouldn't have known otherwise.
Give and receive, in a respectful way, that's my goal.
