ABOUT ME

I am a very open-minded person, who likes to get to know people. I am easy-going, relaxed and uncomplicated. Since trying to be always helpful I am really bad at saying "no" ;-), which keeps me busy all the time. Beside my studies I am involved in many activities and try to spend as much time as possible in the outdoors.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I am travelling and hope to meet some great and interesting people through couch surfing. I had some great couch surfing experiences, both surfing (Prague) as well as hosting (Vienna).

Interests

I love travelling. It's just amazing to see other countries and at the same time get to know people and their cultures. Besides I am really into languages and therefor travelling is a great opportunity to practise and enlarge my language skills. One of my biggest hobbies is dancing, but I also enjoy doing lots of other sports like skiing and climbing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After leaving school I spent a voluntary year in Ethiopia working with children and teenagers, a period which kind of triggered my wish to travel and see the world. Living in a country so different from your own and partly immersing into that new culture was an unbelievable experience. I think this year has shaped me a lot and I received and learnt more than I could ever have given. This is the special thing about travelling: You return with so much more than just your luggage ;-).
