About Me

CURRENT MISSION

"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."

ABOUT ME

We are a couple of economists: Magdalena and Mauricio and two siamese cats (who are very friendly and curious).

PHILOSOPHY

I once read in a school book the following phrase: “Destiny is not a matter of chance, is a matter of choice. It is not something to be waited for, is something to be achieved”, and I never forgot it, I guess now is a kind of personal philosophy.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Great until now. As we are new we have recieved few surfers but up to now we have nothing to complaint.

CS has also motivated us to know better our country in order to be able to show it and make sure sufers go with a good impression of it. Travelling also helps you appreciate what you have back home.

Music, Movies, and Books

(Magui) I love books, all kind of books, novels based on true facts are my favorites, but also like fiction, magic and the books that are just to read on the beach. I enjoy a lot to talk about the books I've read specially finding out that there is more than one possible interpretation of the events on it. You can see my library at:
