I was born and raised in Slovakia, and live to travel. I've been lucky enough to call England, Italy, Spain, and the US my home. Along my merry way, Mark (husband, 15yrs & counting) joined the journey. We have a mutual love for culture, food, healing practices, spirituality, nature, and laughter.

I can't claim mastery in any one area, but I'll happily share all the knowledge I've gathered along my way, especially to do with body, nurtition & health, meditation, language (I was a High School English teacher, and am fluent in Slovak, Czech, & English, and have some knowledge of Italian & Spanish). I am well versed in Slovak cooking, and always look for ways to hack my life for more fun and less work.
Mark has a passion for art, literature, films & music, food & drink, and loves to cook.
