I’m building a healthy lifestyle: staying active, prioritizing healthy relationships, and working on my mental well-being with a specialist.

My mind is always curious, drawn to new places, communities, and ideas. I feel at home in nature and among humble, thoughtful and generous people.

I care deeply about the world: the climate, social issues, and human rights. I love science and I value education. I appreciate different forms of art and I like to visit a museum from time to time to get inspired.

Current activities: slowing down, learning to meditate with some great people, exploring my city and its endless potential, limiting social media, listening to anthropology podcasts, and taking good care of my dog.
