Hello! My names Maggie. I'm 23 years old, and from Connecticut. Last summer I drove cross country with my friend and for the first time in my life I got a real taste of adventure. I really would love to venture out again but this time on my own and for longer. I also would like to move out of Connecticut soon, but I am honestly a little nervous, and I thought couch surfing could be a great opportunity to meet some awesome people and check out different areas! I am very laid back, easy going, fun, and trust worthy. I'm also very open minded. I'm a social drinker, I love to dance, explore, bike ride, drink good coffee, good wine, and write.

I never went away to college. I live with my mom, and have never lived away from home. I also have a serious case of wanderlust lol. Just trying to explore, meet some awesome people, venture away from my hometown, and see some cool new areas.

Music! Theatre, writing, dancing, good conversation over a glass of wine. I love bike riding, and cooking healthy dishes. I love to learn to learn new things. I love to observe, people watch, I love discovering what makes you unique.

Band of Horses, The Black Keys, MGMT, Coldplay, as well as anything I can dance to. I love Jersey Boys, Phantom of the Opera, Mamma Mia, RENT, The Newsies. I honestly love any movie with a good story line. Except scary movies. I will watch it with you but I am most likely covering my eyes 80% of the movie lol. And I do not read much but I want to start, open to suggestions on some good summer reads!

I am a covert stutterer (a stutterer that passes as a fluent speaker) and I work with others who deal with this same or similar issue. We have monthly meetings which I occasionally am in charge of. We all share our stories, and help/ support each other.
