I am semi-retired French teacher--love growing things and caring for the environment. I read a lot, listen to music and go for walks with my dogs on the shelby county Greenline. I want to eventually move to southern California to be closer to my children who live there.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love discovering new music with Spotify. Like French pop, and 70's music like Joni Mitchell, Grateful Dead, Carole King.
I read a lot of fiction. Like Laura Moriarty, ( loved Big Little Lies), recently enjoyed The Storied Life of AJ Fikry and The Miracle Life of Edgar Mint.
I watch TV game shows like Jeopardy, the Voice, American Idol.
I like to watch movies on Netflix.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I managed to retire on the early side and now have tons of free time to enjoy life. I still work a little, but I basically do whatever I want most every day.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am happy to show folks around Memphis, if it fits my schedule. I really need to emphasize that my home is not the best if you intend to use public transportation. I like to cook for my guests and sample their good food as well. I have a cozy area to sit around and talk and there is even a fireplace for chilly nights. The bedroom, with a double bed, is very private, and I have a separate bathroom for guests.
