I love to laugh, cook, and make a fool of myself. I'm always down for karaoke or a thought provoking conversation (or both at once, loudly shouting across a bar table with someone wailing 'Don't stop believing' in the background).

Meet-ups, hosting, the occasional surfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's been long enough now that I'm no longer a beginner, I think. My sister has essentially been a CS professional for years and I've met and hung out with other CouchSurfers through her. After that, I joined the CS group when I lived in London and met some awesome people through that. Also met up with CSers in Hungary, Slovakia, and Russia. I host occasionally in Philly when I have the time and surf every now and then.

音乐、电影和书籍

Books: The Moor's Last Sigh, The Glass Palace, Crime and Punishment, Snow, Gone with the Wind, and just...all the books. I love books. And libraries. Tell me how you're feeling and I'll give you a book to read.

Music: You name it, I'll sing it. Spent 5 years in an acappella group in college. I like anything from bluegrass to pop punk.

Movies: I have this thing where I cannot remember the plots of movies I've seen multiple times. It's both great and terrible at the same time.

Climbed ruins in Bulgaria and Slovakia, drank homemade plum brandy with CSers outside of Bratislava, sang 'Katyusha' with drunk 60yr olds in Gabrovo, got swept off my feet on a mountain in Scotland, and spent 4 months living with the most amazing Russian family ever.
