ABOUT ME

I moved to Japan six years ago. I really love it here, and I don't see myself going back to the US anytime soon. I can be shy sometimes, but I'm a great friend; all of mine say so;). I have a terrible lack organizational skills. I will never have the talent to be a secretary. If I had the funds, I would hire my own.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I took a two year break from Couchsurfing, as I was living in a friend's house, not my own. When I can, I try to join Couchsurfing activities organized in the area; especially one's organized by my friend and fellow Couchsurfer, Soness Stevens

兴趣

I love going to festivals, especially music festivals. I started learning how to surf four years ago, and I'm so glad I did. My mood improves x10 after a morning of surfing. I also love photography. I try to take at least 30 photos everyday if I can. I also like cooking, especially mexican food. It's delicious. I've recently been into Iranian cinema; especially Samira and Mohsen Makhmalbaf's movies. They both have a great eye.

I climbed Mt. Fuji overnight during a full moon, then watched the sunrise when I reached the peak.

I know a lot about all formats of photography, since my Undergrad degree is in the subject.

I would like to learn French again, since it's been a long time since I studied it.

I've developed an interest in Japanese antiques this year, so I've gained some knowledge on this subject. If you stay with me on the third weekend of any month, I can take you to an interesting antique market that I usually go to. I love this place, and try to go every month. Hopefully, you'll find it interesting too!
