Hello!

A little about me...

I was born in Thailand and moved to Minnesota when I was three. Minnesota is all I know as home and I NEED to go back to Thailand still. I LOVE to travel and see the world. With my work, I visited different countries like Romania and Mexico. And during these trips, I learned how intriguing other cultures are in comparison to my home front. I enjoy the beauty of seeing new tiny things.

I enjoy the outdoors; playing soccer, hiking, boating, going for long runs, biking. I'd say I'm pretty outgoing and looking to see what's more out there as I go.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was 'tricked' into my first Couchsurfing experience. While road tripping from Romania to Germany, my friend announced she had secured a place for us to stay. I didn't ask any questions... until 2 hours before the destination...

"Oh, we are Couchsurfing... with some guys in Austria."
"What's that? Is it legit?"
"You'll see..."

The rest is history, I loved the experience!

The idea of Couchsurfing, it's an exciting way to completely immerse yourself into a new environment. I also enjoy the idea of overcoming the uncomfortableness of meeting new people and turning into amazing memories. Plus, knowing a local is best!
