Hi!
I'm Maia, 21 years old and study spanish, french and sociology. I would describe myself an opend-minded, sociable and many-sided interested. I enjoy taking walks in the sun, discover new places, cities and countries. Get to know the culture of different countries fascinates me and I consider it an important part of travelling and getting to know oneself.

I lived for a while in 3 diffrent countries, which were Germany (where I grew up most of my life, and where I also study nowadays), France (I did an ERASMUS+ there, that's a volunteer service) and last but not least Uruguay (where I was born and spent the first 6 years of my life).

I'm now looking forward to the next 6 months of my life: studying abroad in La Plata, Argentina. And I'm very curious to get to know the city and profit from this platform.
Until now, I've never really used CouchSurfing but I'm very curious to experience the opportunity that this platform and its users offer.
