I just recently graduated with a BA in linguistics and a minor in psychology and German, so needless to say languages and the human mind are huge interests for me! Not sure what the future holds yet but either way it'll involve some travelling and expanding of personal horizons! (As cheesy as it sounds)

Music: anything that's indie/alternative rock or pop, electronic, ambient, jazz, hiphop, classical, folk....I'll jam to anything really.

Movies: all-time faves are Juno, Scott Pilgrim vs the World, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Amelie, Lord of the Rings/Hobbit trilogies, pretty much all musicals, etc.

Books: anything that's not a textbook. Jokes aside, "The Prophet" by Kahlil Gibran has always been my favourite.

Hiked Mount Yamnuska (most emotionally challenging hike I've ever done), volunteered with special needs kids in the US, started travelling by myself (an ongoing adventure!)

I can teach you some German, French or Spanish, and I would also love to learn a bit about your own language and culture and do as the locals do!

And if you allow me the use of your kitchen I would be happy to cook or bake something for you! Food is a universal language after all...
