Hi there!

I'm a 19 year old student who studies Marine Biology in Southampton. I'm a lover of bad puns, good poetry and travelling, my recent endevours include backpacking through Europe, Japan and Greenland, not all at once though!

This summer I am working as a camp counsellor in upstate NY and can't wait to explore the USA.

I am friendly, warm and very easy going individual who loves to share new experiences and get involved with local culture. I thouroughly enjoy all the challenges that come with travelling abroad and can't wait to meet you all!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I will be travelling around the states this summer and would love the chance to experience the "real America". I have always found that locals know where the best places to visit, east and socialise are!

I'm also a strong believer in the sharing economy and want to build a global community of caring, enthusiastic and interesting individuals.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite bands include the red hot chili peppers, arctic monkeys and Honne but I enjoy listening to all music and would love to see some country music in nashville and live jazz in new orleans.

I love a good chick flick, comedy or a thriller, my favouirte films would probably be the grand budapest hotel and the notebook. I recently saw girl trip though which was hilarious.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiked through Greenland on a scientific expedition- had a close encounter with a polar bear! I'll tell you all about it if we meet.
