I am a 24 year old New Zealand Māori travelling around Argentina and Uruguay. I am currently on summer break from University where I study Dentistry. I love meeting new people and exchanging knowledge of cultures, how they live, what they do and how they think. I guess my defining characteristic is my passion for indigenous health and te ao Māori (the Māori world), I often spend my summers researching indigenous health and methods to improve it. My other hobbies include reading, writing, poetry, music, horse riding and sports.

Movies would be anime - anything by studio ghibli, but Howl's Moving Castle would have to be my favourite.
Books - The blind assassin by Margaret Atwood, anything by Charles Bukowski, The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath, Game of Thrones

I can share Māori culture and language, and experiences of travelling. I'm an okay cook, and I'd love to cook together, and I would also like to hang out and experience the area together! I'm studying dentistry, so of course I can also share knowledge in that area (a free check up maybe?? haha).
I would love to learn more about the local culture here, and local dishes and to see and do what the locals see and do!
