Salutations! I'm Maide, I'm 24 years old and lucky to be able to see the world! Here are some random facts about me, to give you some ideas.
•I'm in performance art, 17 years of ballet technique, then followed by contemporary and jazz dance techniques. I'm also teaching (that's also where the money comes from).
•I was born and bred in Turkey. But I'm probably not a kind of Turkish girl that you've seen or heard of before. I'm a Turkish girl with dreadlocks and tattoos on my... let's just say some body parts. :)
•People call me Mai for short but my full name is Maide (pronounciation similar to Maïdè). It comes from the 5th sura of Qur'an and my father -the MVP of my life- was the one who named me. Even though I don't follow the book, I respect it and I love my name; especially its meaning, which could literally be translated from old Arabic as supper or abundance. Moreover, the sura speaks of Jesus and the twelve apostles having the last supper, which is referred to as Maide; thus naming the sura itself. And in my humble opinion the coolest part is, it boils down to Da Vinci and Tintoretto having painted my name.
•Ich lerne jetzt Deutsch. Ich möchte mit mehr Menschen sprechen. Ich genieße das Wissen, dass all dies mich verbessern wird.

As an artist, I'd gladly talk about any kind of art, the philosophy of art and we can try to make a contact like interdiciplinary. That's what I like to do the most with my dancing, cause creativity is everything. I like philosophy, I like to think about the origins of things, or their purposes in life. Also I'm not a good cook but I can make some Turkish food.
We can talk about football, movies, history, geography, maths or just some funny stuff . And you can teach me anything I'm a lifetime learner
